Customer Reviews
Product came as described, fast delivery, well packaged, would buy from this seller again.
This product is everything it was offered. The only issue when you glide over the bottom of the floor. The machine does pick up sand or rock. You can offer it without when you fix it so it doesn’t do it anymore.
It works pretty good as intended and it was sent super fast. I wish the sponge was more secure in its slot or the catch was more compartmentalized better but all in all, it was a good purchase.
seller was helpful on size selection, have not tried it out yet but it was well package for shipping and arrived before expected 😀
I would love to see some type of attachment to clean hard to reach areas and something to keep the shrimp from being sucked in 😉
Great experience overall. I’m very happy with the spot aquarium vacuum. The pump housing initially caused some problems, but UnderwaterGardens quickly and generously replaced it. The pump works perfectly now.
When I receive the plant it was smaller than I expected but it was alive and green.
The quality of the plants were so bad the color was barely there and I don’t know if they’re going to survive at this point. The amount of materials for shipping I expected the plants to be in amazing condition but they’re not.
Shipping the plants in water was a game changer! I wish all vendors did this. All of the plants arrived in really great condition and look fabulous in my tank as a result. I will definitely purchase from this guy again!
Beautiful specimens arrived in great condition, packaging kept the plants nice and moist. No snails or other pests on the plants too. Love the vibrant color.
I had concerns about using the spot vacuum before I decided to purchase it. I sent an email asking questions on how the vacuum would effect my tank as I use soil capped off with sand. She responded quickly and with a thorough explanation on how to use it so that sand wouldn't be picked up into the filter. I replied thanking her and made a remark that whoever created the vacuum was a genius! She replied that she created it herself, so big kuddos to you, you did an amazing job! There's a really cute user guide sent with your order that is VERY easy to understand on how to use the vacuum. Overall, customer service, spot vacuum, filters, and shipping is AWESOME!!
Very positive experience. Shipped the plants very well, properly insulated and everything arrived in great condition upon arrival.
