We stand by our plants with a 100% money-back guarantee. If your order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), simply send us a clear photo of the affected plants within 2 hours of delivery, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • Photo must clearly show the condition of the plants in original packaging.

  • Refunds are only valid for deliveries marked as delivered within the last 2 hours.

  • Orders delayed due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address) are not eligible.

  • We do not issue refunds for plant issues caused by tank conditions, improper care, or acclimation after delivery.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any of your Aquarium Artifacts, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and components.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📦 Order Issues or Missing Items

If you received the wrong items or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, all orders are final unless covered under the DOA or return policy above.
