Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Certain products are also available for international shipping — you’ll be able to see which items qualify when you check out.
Taxes & Duties for International Orders
For customers outside the U.S., please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
When placing an international order, you may have the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout. Prepaying helps your order clear customs faster and prevents unexpected fees upon delivery.
If you choose not to prepay, your local customs office may contact you to pay import duties and taxes before your package is released.

Carrier and Method
All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. This processing period refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before it is handed off to the carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping only during promotional periods. At all other times, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
Returns and Return Shipping
We only accept returns for items in the Aquarium Artifacts collection. We do not accept returns for live plants or any other products.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
