Product as described. Very impressed by the packing, which beats 99% of sellers that I have dealt with. Three layers: (1) sealed plastic bags, protecting the plant and the water; (2) insulated bags, protecting the inside bag from heat and code; and (3) foam boards outside the insulated bags. What a wonderful seller!
